1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Outreach Ninja, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Outreach Ninja generates outreach drafts based on the information you provide, including website URLs, offer details, and preferred tone. The generated content is intended as a starting point and should be reviewed by you before use.

3. Account and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Outreach Ninja to:

  • Violate anti-spam, privacy, or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK PECR, CASL, and equivalent regulations.
  • Send outreach to recipients without a lawful basis to contact them, or without honoring opt-out requests.
  • Generate or send unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or abusive content.
  • Interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the platform.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated drafts, including compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, and data-protection laws when contacting recipients.

5. Billing and credits

  • Outreach Ninja uses a prepaid credit system. Each credit entitles you to one outreach generation. New accounts receive a small number of free credits on sign-up.
  • Credit packs are sold as one-time top-ups at the prices displayed at checkout (currently in USD). Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store full card details.
  • Applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, and bank charges may be added by Stripe or your card issuer.
  • Credits are tied to your account, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Consumed credits are non-refundable. If a generation fails due to a verified fault on our side, we will restore the credit. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion for up to 14 days after purchase, excluding cases of suspected abuse or terms violations.
  • We may change pricing or pack sizes at any time. Changes apply only to future purchases.

6. AI-generated content

Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating generated content before sending it to any recipient.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Outreach Ninja is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Ninja and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Outreach Ninja after an update means you accept the revised terms.
